Save the date: Marlborough workshop, 16th February 2024
NZDFI’s Science Team, in conjunction with the NZ Bioenergy Association, is working on a regional case study to evaluate how new investment in planting naturally durable hardwood forests could contribute to sustainability and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Marlborough’s wine industry. Read about some of the field work involved in this Project Update.
On Friday 16th February 2024 we will hold a one-day workshop at the Marlborough Research Centre, Blenheim, to deliver the results of the project. We invite anyone who is interested from Marlborough’s primary production or other relevant sectors to join us. More details here: registration details and full programme will be available soon.
