Marlborough’s Future is Durable – webinar recording
The NZDFI Science Team presented a webinar on July 4th, to present outcomes from the Marlborough’s Future is Durable regional development case study. They took a detailed look at the case study projections, and the field-based research that went into the case study. This research included novel use of LiDAR to measure whole-tree biomass. One output of the project is the first-ever regional E. globoidea growth and carbon sequestration model, which has some surprising results.
