Paul Millen awarded NZIF Forester of the Year 2021

The NZ Institute of Forestry 2021 Forester of the Year award has been made to Paul Millen, project manager of the NZ Dryland Forests Initiative. The award was presented to Paul by the Minister of Forestry, the Hon Stuart Nash, at the NZIF’s annual conference in Masterton on August 16th 2021.  The award recognises Paul’s role and vision in founding the NZ Dryland Forests Initiative with the goal of developing a sustainable multi-regional hardwood industry in New Zealand. He has been NZDFI’s project manager since it was established in 2008.
